Hello to all...

I have PC that doesn't have a CD-ROM drive. I have Windows 95 on a CD but need to get it installed on that PC. Is there are way to create diskettes out of the Windows 95 CD (if I'm making any sense at all)?

Kind regards...

This has been discussed before. Here are a few of those threads:

You can get fdformat that will allow you to format floppies large enough to hold the .cab files in the win95 directory, and you can get fdread that will allow you to use diskettes formatted that large so you could transfer the files across for a hard drive install. But you would need some other way to transfer one 5 mb file.
There are other options for the copying. Laplink and intersvr/interlnk for two. And an external zip disk that connects through the parallel port for another.

Give the wrong symptoms, get the wrong solutions.

It not boot disks he was asking about. He wants a full set of Win 95 on floppies.
