I am having a problem with windows 2003 server recognizing the scsi hard drive. This is on a fresh install. The computer is a gateway select. Model # kadk7-600. Amd 600 MHz processor. the scsi hard drive is a 50 G. Hard drive was wiped clean.

Did you load the drivers (press f6) when you booted from the windows 2003 server disk. It will need this driver information before the installation can procede. I am assuming this is the boot disk. if not then I am way off base.

I was trying to load the drivers from the floppy drive when this message came up "File \winnt\ini910U.sys caused and unexpected error (18) at line 2187 in d: \ srv03rtm\base\boot\setup\oemdisk.c" this happened after selecting the corrct controller.
