Windows 2003 showing incorrect number of processors

Hi,

I have just upgraded my NT4 Server to Windows 2003, the server is an Proliant ML530 G2 with 2 processors, now Windows 2003 is reporting I have 4 processors in it. Has anyone seen this before? There is a Technet note but it refers to a 16-way box.

Are these procs the new hyper threading technology? I've seen those report as two procs instead of one...
