We have a Dell Poweredge 2600 server. We've been using this for about a year now with no problem. It starts getting locked up in the middle of the day everyday and all our employees can't access the server. The only way out is to shutdown completely for about 10 minutes, restarting doesn't help. The server boots up fine and it will go back to normal operation. I've run the hardware diagnostic and can't find any problem. Checked the logs in Event Viewer and I don't see any issue related to this problem.

Any advice will be appreciated. Thank you

Sounds like a HW problem. Install OpenManage and then open a ticket with Dell to get some components replaced. I've seen this problem happen with a variety of bad hardware... Memory, CPU, Voltage Regulator, Power Supply Backplane, SCSI backplane.
