Can anyone tell me if a Windows 2003 Server edition with run on a computer running dual Pentium II 450Mhz processors, with 2556 MB of memory? Thanks for your help in advance.

It should do if there are no compatibility problems with components (eg NIC, video card). You might want to upgrade the RAM though if you want to host services other than basic file and print on it.
