Without all details of your hardware/OS and installed drivers, I would say this bears an uncanny resemblance to a Compaq/HP event for hardware. It would appear to be hardware, since it references the Bus or Interconnect and the source is the WMIxWDM (Windows Device Management).

It could be a SCSI bus failure on a read/write or pretty much anything. Like I said, without details it is pretty much not definite. If you can, I would check all connections and drives for errors and possibly blow out the insides with some compressed air to clear out the gunk, reseat everything, and see if it happens again. Also, look for correlations (does it happen during a backup? could be the tape drive. During high system utilization such as a SQL job? could be Disk going bad...)

Post some more detail if you like and I can try and help you narrow it down, but really, just find the correlation and check your hardwar should find the answer...

Thanks for the reply. Here are the details.

Motherboard -Tyan2882 G3NR.
AMD Opteron K8-68 248 2 of them.
4GB PC3200 RAM ECC/REG
OS Windows 2003 32 bit and Windows 2003 64bit beta and RC1
Western Digital 74GB SATA Drive.
3ware 2 port 8006 SATA card.
Also used the onboard SATA controller.

Let me know what else is needed.
