Windows 2003 Dns forwarding

Ok here is the problem. I have two servers, both at different locations. One that has a working dns for my websites and one that I want to setup as a test server at a different location. The test server will be on a cable modem and my provider blocks port 80, so I was planning on setting up a forwarder from my working dns server to forward any requets to a certain website back to the test server on a different port. I have looked through the windows dns and am unable to find how to do this. Can anyone give me some direction? I am running Windows 2003 Server Dns.

Could you use a redirection on your live server? So if someone enters

http://www.server.com

they get your live site. If they hit

http://test.server.com

they get redirected to

http://1.1.1.1:8080

after 0 seconds? Just ensure that from then on all page requests are not hard-coded in anyway and they will allo be server from

http://1.1.1.1:8001.

yes i could do that, but what about a redirection of email? My mail reason for doing this is to setup a different mail server and make sure its working fine before i switch from windows to linux.

Ah, does your ISP block port 25? I assume you want to receive the mail on a server on the end of a cable modem? If so, just set up a MX DNS record on your working DNS server for your local mail server.

Yes this is on a cable modem and my isp does block port 25 for the server i want to test things on. My other server does not have the port blocked. The problem is i am trying to setup postfix for linux on the test server and need to have that setup and working before i move it to the other location. That is why i am trying to re-route the email for one of my websites to the test server on a different port than 25. Does anyone know if this can be done with windows?
