I have read that Windows Server 2000 doesn't work with Exchange Server 2007. Only Windows Server 2003 SP1 and R2. Is this true? I have a domain with a Win2k3 and Win2k DC.

Need 2003 Server, yes.

I'm Certifiable, not cert-ified.
It just means my answers are from experience, not a book.

Thanks! I'll just demote the Win2K server so it's just a member server. I do have 64-bit Win2K3 OS for the exchange server. I'm guessing that the other DCs can be 32-bit though, right?

Yes. Had to do the same thing

Don't put Exchange on a DC.

The other DCs can be 32 bit YES but there's a gotcha that means you need to read KB919151 - really easy fix though.
