windows 2000 server and clients PC

hello
i had installed on my server windows 2000 server ,and MS Proxy 2.0,but i got a problem with clients PC,it show a message error(web page) [in building].
can someone tell me what's the problem?

What is the actual error? Do the event logs show anything?

the problem is in the clients pc and not in srever ,they can't receive connection from the server(internet),but the server can connect to internet.and when i try to connect to internet from the client PC in Internet Explorer an error appear and writen in it IN BUILDING

Again, what do the EVENT LOGS say?

At the client PC, right click My Computer. Click Manage.

Check the System and Application logs.

Do you have the Proxy client installed on the client? Is the client configured to use the Proxy in IE Connections?

i am using windows98 in client and i installed proxy in them,and i add the proxy name of the server in the configuration of the IE.
