Windows 2000 security patches & Tomcat 1

We are having problems with our web server (this is located on our DMZ). On the same Tomcat does not remain working, it keeps falling over.

Initially we had problems connecting to this windows server, then when we were able to.

According to the team that manages the servers, the only recent changes are that the web server has recently been fully patched with Microsoft’s security patches. Are you aware of any conflicts between Tomcat and the Windows security patches that might cause this behaviour?

Any ideas guys.

There *should* be no conflict becasuse tomcat does not really do anything with *Windows* values such as registry and Win32 dll's etc.

Please be a bit more specific about "keeps falling over" - describe the exact symptons and give any stack traces ...
