Windows 2000 Pro machines cannot resolve names in Outlook

I have about 8 Windows 2000 Pro SP 4 machines that cannot resolve the mailbox names in any verion of Outlook. I am running Exchange 2003 in an Windows 2003 native mode domain. All other clients that are running Windows 2000 and Windows XP do not have a problem resolving and connecting to the Exchange server. It is not a DNS or WINs problem, I even tried typing in the IP address of the server. The mailboxes I have tried will resolve on any machines other than the 8 so I am assuming it is a issue with Windows 2000 Pro SP 4.

Anyone else see this issue before or have an idea to fix it?
