Windows 2000 DOS boot Disk

Hello

I don't quite know it this is the best place to post this, but its a start. I created a dos boot dik that connects me to one of our servers in the active directory. This all seems to be ok except that if i copy any files from out netware 5/6 boxes and try and access them i get "ACCESS DENIED" message. The rights all look ok and i can access files that are native to the windows server.

Does anyone have any idea why this might be?
