Windows 2000 Advanced Server Boot Problem

Here is a small network with four computers

one is 2000 Adwanced Server
and remaining three is Windows ME

The server had a boot up problem today
when i switch on the Server the it running nicely upto the desktop screen appear, then it restarts

this proble is causing in all

1 Safe Mode
2 Last Known Good Cofingure Modes

i have no Windows 2000 Advanced Server CD

Please Help ME
how can i troubleshoot this problem

in this network they are using Wings Server for Accounting and Billing

try booting with extra hardware taken out... if you have several memory chips, try one by one...

it could be a sudden hardware failure...

getting quite good at sorting out Windows problems...
An expert when it comes to crashing Linux distributions (mdk, debian - nothing withstands me)
