well this is a javascript question, but ill answer it here for you:
first you need a function like this in the <head> of your page:
then in the <body> tag of the pop-up put: scroll=no
next your link should look like this:
<a href="javascript
penWin()">look at my pic</a>
or if your link changes the main page:
<a href="page2.htm" onClick="openWin()">look at my pic</a>
