Hi
I am having a problem and don't know where to go to find a resolution for this. We have a windows license message keeps poping up in the event viewer log. My question is how can i get rid of the old window NT and Exchange 5.5 product licenses that are showing in the LICENSING MANAGER(ADMINSTRATIVE TOOLS). We are running windows 2003 servers> It don't want to turn the licensing monitor service off. If you happen to know where i should look to fix it?
Thank you very much...

Hello there,
Thank you for your replying. Just wanted to ensure before i reset the licensing. I have a question for you.
HEre are my questions:
1- We have two DC that running windows2003. Should i reset the licenses both Domain controllers? if so, does it effect to the users outthere are currently loging on, or relogon?
2- We have a Citrix server and some reason the thin clients are using the Terminal server licensing on one of the DC. Does it get effected too? or If i reset the licensing, does the terminal server licensing get deleted as well?
Please help...
Thanks
