I need some help. :)

I've got Winbind working and authenticating against our NT domain. I also have WU-FTP's PAM configuration working with Winbind to properly authenticate against our NT domain. The problem I am now having is that when user's log into FTP it does not go directly to the user's home drive in FTP. It goes to the root of the ftp server....this is bad. I need users to be locked within thier own home. I guess this may have more to do with Wu-FTP than winbind but I am at a loss....I believe the problem lies with setting up "guest" users but I'm not sure how it locks in with winbind since your not supposed to use passwd. HELP! Has anyone done this before? I am having trouble finding info and I'm a linux N00b!

Also, any info on setting up WU-FTP to automatically create a home directory when a user logs in would be very helpful. I don't want to create them manually if I can help it. Of course, it will have to work in association with Winbind. I've seen a PAM module called pam_makehomedir.so or something like that but was unable to get it to work with WU-FTP (I think it is meant for samba)

Thank you for the expert advice in advance. :)

Nate

Ok, I got it working. You have to trick wu-ftp by setting the same default homedir as required by wu-ftp to cage in users.

Anyways, some help on creating home directories on the fly would be nice. 8)

Also, any way to have different default homedirectories on different users in winbind?
