I need to be able to kick off batch jobs to process on a colleagues PC.
Currently his drive is shared and I have Read/Write permissions. We run batch jobs which open various databases and process stuff, but all the resulting datasets are placed into databases on the c:\, hence if I run the batch from my PC it is looking at my c:\ an places the results there, but I really want them to be placed on his c:\.
I thought that I might be able to have access to his Scheduled tasks, but apparantly I can only do that if I have Admin permissions, which for some reason the IT department won't give me
.
Can I use WinAT to remotely shedule batch jobs to run on another colleagues PC? If so, how?
Thanks
Jo
