win95 to Win98 upgrade with full CD

Ok, we have a win95 computer with problems. We have decided, however, that upgrading to win98 will solve these problems. How can we upgrade from 95 to 98 when we only have a full version cd of 98? [sig][/sig]

1, First BackUp Any Data Files
2, Run Sysedit check config.sys and make sure no memory managers runing if so rem them out
3, Open Explorer and nav to C:\windows Rename WIN.COM To WIN.OLD
4, Restart Off Your Win98 Boot Disk When Booted Change To Cd(probally E And type Setup.

Note If You Wish To Keep Your Previos Settings Install To C:\windows Folder If You Wish A Clean Install Pick A New Folder.
