Well...I am very very happy today...I have a working machine with a newly installed Win95 operating system and IE5.5 browser.
It took a while but thanks to the help I got here it is done. It runs very fast compared to before and I really like it. Considering it is just a P90 I get great speed when I compare it to other machines with 5-8 times the speed but the blot of Windows 2000 or XP.
Unfortunately I didn't save my old config.sys and Autoexec.bat files. And when I examine the ones created during the installation there is literally nothing there.
Actually there is no Config.sys at all....there is a Config.win and a Config.dos file there but as with the Autoexec.bat....the files are empty.
Now everything runs fine but I wonder if someone could guide me as to what I should put into these files.
