win2k wont send get profile from server

Win2k says can't create file that already exists? What the heck does that mean?

Also when i tried to connect to a folder in network neiborhood it says No netlogon to service your request. I'm loging on to the boxes fine.?? The event veiwer said. Net logon can't bla bla sumthing DNS isn't working. I'm not running dns it's dissabled. I'm using the routers dns not the server.

help me please
