Win2k Server reading IDE drive error

I have a WD 120Gig 8MB cache IDE drive on this win2k serve for storage and it kept poping up error message every hour in the event log, any one have any idea how to get rid off it ? i search MS site and could not find anything on it, tried to install the Intel ATA driver and un-install, makes no different
