We have a Win2k Server with a domain name for our office network (thestovercompany.com). Our website is the same ( The workstations in our office cannot access the website through the DNS server, but can access by changing the setting to manually enter the DNS server to another server.

What is the setting that needs to be changed on the DNS server to allow the request to pass through to the website hosting instead of the internal network?

Do you have an A record on the server? Try a simple hosts file on a workstation and see if it helps as a test.

Glen,

Simple hosts file works on workstations, but as I am not the administrator of the server, setting up the A record is something I will recommend to our IT guys.

Thanks for your help.
