win2k pro pc network properties is not being displayed

My win2k pro pc network properties is not being displayed but every thing is working fine .

I can see my ip and other seting with ipconfig from cmd but when i am selecting network properties nothing is their.

Are you logged on as Administrator? How are you trying to view properties (eg, right click on My Network Places and select properties?)

yes i am logged on as Administrator
and yes iam trying view by right clicking on My Network Places and select properties .
