Win2k or WinXP Terminal Server Resources?

Can someone point me in the direction of some good resources on setting up a Terminal Server with either Windows 2000 or Windows XP.. I am looking to have roughly 4 or 5 terminals on it..

Actually I might be a little confused... What I am trying to accomplish is something similar that can be found in most hotels.. In the rooms they provide a Flat Screen with a keyboard and mouse... Once you authorize the service they turn on the internet for you and you can browse the web for a 24hr period... They dont actually have a PC in the room...

I'm not concerned with limiting time, but just trying to figure out how to set something like that up with just a Flat Screen, keyboard and mouse..

Is anyone familiar with how this is done??
