I have a win2k server with active directory and 30 clients using NT 4.0 protocols are TCP/IP and netBEUI. the NT clients can logon no probs but I have just installed win2k server on another machine to use for exchange 2000 but it refuses to logon to the domain. The clients are at present using a static IP 203.46.118.??? whilst the domain controller uses 200.200.200.???. The new server is also been tried with either and both addressing schemes. I can however logon to the local account and have full access to network shares and see all. But when attempting to join the new server to the DC as a child it cant access it nor can it be pinged. ANY IDEAS!!!!! Please we have spend many hours trying different things to no avail....
