Then I try to unjoin the Domain so I could rejoin the Domain and rebuild the trust an so on. But no,I got the following massage. " The following error occured attempting to unjoin the Domain" The revision level is unknown. ??

I then use the netdom.exe ver 1.8 to join the machine to a workgroup and it success, the machine is now in workgroup test. I reboot and then try to join the Domain, and now I get this massage " the following error occurred attempting to join the Domain" the revision level is unknown.

Hi Robert

No the have different Computer name, I can also tell that I
can browse the network so the ip config is also ok.

Try netdiag on both OS's to see if they are coming back with similar configuration. As well as different computer names are you using different IP's? If they are dhcp you are probably getting the same address for both OS'es which I guess means the name records both point to the same box; which I wouldn't of thought would be an issue, but something to consider.
