Win2K clean install error

I'm in the process of a Win2K clean install, and after the process of copying the files to the hdd, an error came up with the following:

Beginning dump of physical memory

Unfortunately, I am the technical support group and do not understand what happened here.

Sounds like a hardware problem - some info links here -

I'd start with RAM then (if not the problem) try elimination process for other hardware (remove as much as you can, try again, add back one at a time).

Sorry about the delay in my response. I added more memory and it corrected the error. Thanks for your help.
