I have a FoxPro Application that was built using version 2.6. The developer was demostrating it on a machine at our offices and it continuelly locked up after a few minutes. This happened on several different Windows 2000 and XP machines. (Win2000 SP 4 and XP SP 1) The only way he could make it work was to boot in safe mode.
We both searched the Microsoft KB and came up empty. The support libraries are FoxPro 2.6 EXE Support Library (X). All of the systems in question are running on a Novell Netware 6.5 network, client v4.9 SP2. I have no problems with the program on Win 98 machines and he claims to not have this problem on other NT/2000 machines.
I have tried running the app from a shortcut, cmd.exe and command.exe. We have modified the config.nt file to have files set to 200. The files are stored on the local hard drive.
