win xp license change

It would have been smart to run the equivelant of sysprep on the XP boxes. That aside, there is a download out there that some unscrupulous people use to change the license number after they have downloaded a hacked copy to a legit number.

w-bishop is correct about having used Sysprep during the image creation process... this would resolve the issue for you... however, Microsoft has a way to change the keys after installation, it involves editing your registry and the instructions can be found here... , they also provide sample scripts for changing keys on multiple machines... debonairOne
