Win XP-2000 Network

I have 2 PC. One is W2K Professional and another is W2K Server. Both working fine as workgroup. Then I installed Win XP on server pc as dual boot. Now I can ping to XP from W2K Professional with IP and NetBIOS name but I am unable to ping from XP to W2K. When I boot as W2k server still network running without any problems.

If anyone know any issue with XP networking, please inform me.
