If you got that far then IIS and WinAdmin are working. The problem is connecting to the CTX.
If you have connected before then the settings should be the same, but double check IP, subnet. Ping the CTX. Make sure the community name wasn't changed.
If that doesn't work, try rebooting the CTX. I have seen a CTX look out admin, until rebooting.

Also just check you network admin is not stopping the
World Wide Web Publishing service on startup.
If its not running then just start it.
