Win 2K Server, NAT and RAS Clients

Hoping someone can help.

I have installed Win2K at home, and have 1 client hooked up.
NAT is installed, and uses the DHCP allocator within NAT. The client is setup to obtain all of it's information automatically, and does so flawlessly. DNS IP is the server, DHCP IP is the server, and Gateway IP is the server.

Now for the problem
I have had a friend over to verify that more than one machine can be succesful at connecting to the server by bringing a laptop and adding it in to the mix. No problem.

So why can i not get RAS dial in to
A) stay connected, and
B) Browse the internet.

The RAS client can connect succesfully, and i can browse the local network but not the internet for about 30 seconds. Then I get connect for some reason and I don't know why.

Microsoft has only on piece of info on this
