win 2000 server icons of shared folders help!

I have network server with win2000 server, When I customize the icons of shared folder's at that server , and I browse those folders from any PC belong to that network I don’t see the customized icon but I see the regular win icons .
Is their a way to see the customized icons when browsing the network server's shared folders? please send the help to : rsafagos@hotmail.com
