I installed the latest update. My computer keeps rebooting after the Windows splash screen. Tried to work around it by installing new graphics card. No dice. Any help would be appreciated.
thanks,

Man- I just saw this same exact question posted yesterday... must be a trend. Boot the machine from the OS disk, and see if you can figure out what's going on or if you can roll back the updates.

Boot into Safe mode and uninstall the update you just installed.

thanks for the responses. I did try to boot in all of the safe mode choices, same story. We are looking for the Cd for the OS and took the hard drive out to copy it onto another computer. Any further help please respond,
thanks,
Jean

How about making backups of the partition with the OS on it, on a regular basis?
You problem would have been solved faster then you could type a message on this forum! (if you type slowly :))
Much less work than changing graphiccards, harddrives or even your wife!
