When I click on Explorer I get a message that says:
Error
"This module was compiled with a trial version of Delphi.
The trial period has expired."
When I click OK I get the Microsoft Internet Explorer window that wants me to tell Microsoft about the problem.
Also when I click on My Computer, My Documents, Network Places, pretty much anything on my desktop I get the same error, "This module was compiled with a trial version of Delphi.
The trial period has expired."
Except now when I click OK on this error I get:
Program error,
"Explorer.exe has generated errors and will be closed by windows. You will need to restart the program.

An error log is being created"
When I click OK my desktop goes to a white background that says at the top Active Desktop Recovery
and a button that says restore my active desktop.
Most of the time I cannot get online through Explorer or Netscape. When I try netscape it has something to the effect of cannot find netscape.home. Tonight I got through Netscape though.
This all started very unexpectedly as I have had relatively few problems with this computer. I have no idea what "trial version" it is speaking of, or what "Delphi" is. Any help would be greatly appreciated,
Thanks,
Paul

Thank you much,
Hadn't heard of that one yet. I appreciate the help.

It has only been a problem since 11/26/2003, so I am not surprised you have not seen the issue yet.

Hey
Sounds like you have spyware in the system, I would have to agree with the other opinions I've seen here, I personally think that Spybot is a better utility than cause of the Interface and among other things,AdAware so here is the a link to their site

Currently SpyBot does not catch this particular mnalware.
