In Win95 I uninstalled Com2 Com3 Com4 and LPT1 in the device manager. I left Com1. I was having a problem with Com2, I thouhght I would uninstall these then reinstall them. After closing down the computer I tried to reboot but I can't even get to the CMOS. When I turn the power on the fan goes on I don't get any beeps A: drive doesn't activate and the keyboard doesn't activate. Any Ideas?

Start by taking out all expansion cards except for the video. Unplug all ide and floppy cables. Re-seat the video card and ram, if video is PCI, try another slot. Try different ram and then powersupply. Last but not least, if it still dosen't boot, then it is most likely the motherboard or cpu.

Hope this helps.. >:):O> A+ MCP
