Yes, iTunes and the Ipod work fine with windows. After the install of iTunes I always stop Quicktime from starting when Windows loads (you have to delete a registry entry).

Just make sure to format your iPod to work with Windows. You can't interchange it with Apple and Windows (meaning you can't plug it into a Mac, add music and then plug it into Windows - or at least you use not to be able to).

There is a new ver. of iTunes 7 it also comes with an updated QuickTime
