Ok, I've done this a million times and never seen this. I've got a customer that's recently requested the ability to call forward calls externally to cell phones for various people. MICS, 5.0 switch. No problem I think, and proceed to do the various programming involved.
Build the first route- 002 (with the cell phone # included on dialout), assign the proper pool (PRI-A), build the destination code (5000 in this case). Allow redirect on my test phone.
Dial 5000 from the test phone to verify that it will in fact complete a call to the cell. Works great.
Call forward the test phone to x5000. Make an inbound call via the DID on the set. See it/hear it (on my cell) ring once then go to forward (as normal). Call disconnects.
Try it again. Same result. Call disconnects at outbound fwd.
Dial the 5000 destination code from the test phone again. Call completes fine, no issues.
Any ideas what could be causing the call to drop if the phone is forwarded to the destination code, while dialing the destination code direct works every time?
TIA!
