Greetings,
Can someone help me understand this:
I have an Excel file that have a normal font size on my display but when I email it to a certain users only, the font size displayed is huge and so they have to bring down the size then when they email it back to me I see the font as small as a dot. I am using Office XP and I believe the users have at least Ofiice 2000. What can I do to fix this problem. Thanks for help. Good Day!

Hi,

What ZOOM level are your certain users using compared to other's ZOOM level?

Also to consider, what FONT are you specifying? Do ALL users have that FONT loaded?

Skip,

It could also be that some of the recipients are using much lower screen resolution than yours.

For example, if you're using XGA resolution, the same fonts etc will look much larger on a system using only VGA resolution. The VGA user would then have to scale the worksheet down to be able to see a similar view to what you see in XGA. Then, when they send the file back to you, everything will look tiny and you'll have to scale it up again.

Cheers
