Why the agents write on the server will take time to excute?

This depends, I work in a large organisation which has around 10 Notes Servers. If I create an agent on my server, it will generally not work until all the servers have replicated over - usually done overnight. There are some agents, especially the Out of Hours agent which just dont seem to work, especially on R.4.5
