Why when I go into Sessions I see 10 of the same client logged on? This only happens when the client is running Windows 2000 Professional. I have run ourt of licenses because of this.

I still can't figure it out. One windows 2000 pro workstation is taking up 12 sessions. The Windows 9x workstations connected to the server are okay and only taking up 1 session. Does the Windows 2000 Pro workstations not know to disconnect themselves?

There are a couple of similar recorded problems in previous versions of NT: Q150275 and Q258837 - both suggest getting the latest service pack for NT so if you havent already try upgrading the client to SP2 (I have been using it fine for a bit now).

On the other hand, you may have a program running that insists on opening more and more connections.
