Why i cannot used the business data in the file name

Hi,

I have create a taks on storage center in order to retrieve my files but here i cannot used my business data information.. nay idea how to generate the files with this information?

I would assume this is because when Nice programmed the application they didn't feel it was necessary and no one has since asked them for this. Additionally Nice might have decided that the standard 5 fields to choose from is enough and that if they added more then people will use them by default thus making hugely long filenames which isn't good practice.

If it is really that important I'd suggest you enter a committment into Nice to find out a) whether it can be done, and b) how much it will cost for them to program it up for you.
