Why error browsing different cubes at the same time????

Please help me with this...........
At present,when i am browsing or editing a cube and someone tries to browse a different cube in the same database or different database in the same server, he gets an error message saying,"User 1 is locked by User 2".
Why is that more than one person cannot browse the same cube or different cubes in the same server at the same time?

Is this problem connected any permission settings or user licensing????????/?

It is not because you cannot browse that same cube simultaneously with another user but because OLAP console is locking the cube during browsing operation...
I don't think you can forse OLAP manager to behave in another way...
You can use the MDX sample query application to access the cube data in simultaneous way...

but don't confuse with "edititing" cube -because you must lock the cube during its editing because you can modify its structure...
