Why doesn't my scrollwheel work in VBA code windows ?

This was discussed in this thead:
The answer was "update your mouse drivers and it will work", but I downloaded the new drivers for my trackball wheelie mouse, and nothing happened. So they're liars.
FYI I'm running Access 97 and a Logitech wheelmouse trackball.
