Why do I get this message from Crystal Enterprise (SOM ETIMES) 1

I am using Crystal Report 8.5 and Crystal Enterprise Launchpad to view reports over the intranet. Sometimes the reports work great, yet other times, I keep getting this error:

Error encountered by Crystal PageServer

The error message returned is:

Your request was cancelled. Reasons for the cancellation are shut down of the server or inactivity. Please try again later. [On Page Server: EGLSMTIER01.cacheserver

Variety of reasons.
Check 'services' and set it to
restart if failed.
This should at least restart the
pageserver when it does fail.

Where is 'SERVICES' at?

I am assuming jgirardi means your Server Services for your machine. If you are using OS 2000, it generally found in start>>administrations.
