Why Call Forward No Answer stops at the first stop

Hi,

I have a configuration like this:

Phone 1: x7099 MARP, FDN x7008

Phone 2: x7008

Phamton set(on TN 16): x7008 MARP, FDN 7009

Phone 3: x7009

When I call x7008 with call not answered, the call is forwarded to x7009.

However if I call x7099 with call not answered, the call is forwarded to x7008, and stays at x7008 forever (keeps ringing) instead of going to x7009. Why is the call not forwarded to x7009? Do I miss anything in configuration? All the phones are set to FNA for CLS.

Can you post the DN info for the extensions.

you have fdn on a phantom TN...the key feature in Phantoms is DCFW....please clarify

another thing to look at is sfa.. secondary call forwarding, without the tn's that's a close as i can get

John is right, as ever, CLS SFA

After I changed the CLS from SFD to SFA on the phantom set, it worked out.
