Avaya 1608 phones have been installed on a certain site has got problem of continuous Booting what is the issue upon?

Are they getting DHCP and downloading firmware and then rebooting or do they reboot during loading of firmware?

Though at the beginning they work as usual

Guess they have all the same MAC now. It is a known firmware issue.
