Hi Can anyone work this out , its driving me nuts !

i have problems with both the phone not forwd and cannont use the transf button on key 01

there is no class mark for transfer on a digital set.. the set itself may be bad or the user needs to look at the book.. while on a call, not a ringing line, press transfer, transfer key flashes, dial the ext, either wait for an answer or press the transfer again... usually when i get that call the party is trying to transfer an outbound call prior to answer supervision...
