I can't seem to find any information anywhere about the different types of MWI available for analog sets.

I understand the following

Setting: ON - Region Specific
(51V Stepped in the USA, works with Avaya 6211 analog phone)

Setting: 101V
(Third party add-on from Optotech Industries, for 2500 series sets need 90v-130v

Setting: 81V
???

Setting: 51V Stepped
(USA standard, works with some Avaya phones, but what other brands of phones and types of MWI?)

Setting: Line ReversalA
???

Setting: Line ReversalB
???

I have a customer with a large quanity of analog sets that are currently on an old Definity system, no current knowledgeable telecom staff, and they are going to an IP Office soon. They have a hodge podge of makes and models of analog phones. Most they say are 2500 series sets with the addon module listed above.

Is there some kind of reference guide somewhere that list different models and their MWI requirements?

thanks, but i have information already. I was hoping for a bit more detail as to where each of the types is used and what phone models use each type.

Your asking at the wrong end. Its in the phone manufacturers documentation that you need to check which MWI method they support.

Ask the customer to provide one of each type, and you will be happy to do some testing to determine MWI compatibilities. In lieu of that you would be happy to provide them with a quote for new analog phones with known compatibility.
