White Noise on a Multitech box

Just got a call from a customer complaining of white noise on most, if not all of their Multitech boxes. This is a hospital, so I am thinking that some equipment is causing this. Has anyone ever delt with this, and if so, what was done to fix it. I did not perform the install/config. of the boxes, as I have no Multitech experience. Guess now's a good time to start learning. Thanks.

Contact Multitech's support center at 800-972-2439, option 2. They have a group of guys there that can assist with the MultiVoip units.
